Our core hse practices
We excel in three key HSE areas: 1) Daily toolbox talks and strict use of PPE for all crews. 2) Safe work around traffic and existing utilities, with clear signage and barriers to protect residents and workers. 3) Clean reinstatement and environmental care – proper waste handling and restoring streets and sidewalks to their original condition.
A story of safety in action
On one street build, we stopped work after our daily toolbox talk revealed that traffic conditions had changed, and the original signage plan was no longer safe. Our site supervisor coordinated a new traffic management layout with the client and local authorities before we continued. This avoided a potential accident with pedestrians and cars and showed the client that we take HSE seriously, even if it slows production for a few hours.
